Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in pursuing your studies with us. We are honored to be a part of your spiritual and academic journey. Before you begin filling out the application form, please take a moment to review the following instructions to ensure your application is complete and properly submitted.

Before You Submit Your Application

1. Write a Personal Testimony

   Share your story in about 1200 words (on a separate sheet). Please include:

   • Your salvation experience and significant life events.

   • Your involvement in church ministry.

   • Your strengths and areas for growth as a Christian leader?

   • Why you wish to pursue theological education.

2. Attach Copies of Required Certificates

   Include photocopies of the following documents:

   • Class 10 certificate and mark sheet.

   • Class 12/HSE certificate and mark sheet (for B.Th. applicants).

   • B.Th. degree and transcript or equivalent (for M.Div. applicants).

   • Highest academic qualification.

   Originals must be brought for verification at the time of the interview.

3. Submit Two Letters of Reference

   • From your local church pastor (if a relative, get from another pastor).

   • From a Christian leader who knows you personally.

   These must be attached while submitting the Application Form and also submitted to the college during your entrance interview and will remain confidential.

4. Please Carry Three Photographs at the time of your Entrance Interview

   • 2 passport-sized photos

   • 1 stamp-sized photo (to be affixed to the application form)

5. Application Deadline: Submit your complete application on or before May 15th, 2025.

   Applications submitted after this date will require a late fee of ₹500/-.

6. Important: Incomplete applications without required documents or references will not be processed.

7. For MLCU Applicants: Complete and include the additional enclosed form for MLCU-affiliated programs.

What to Expect Next?

• Academic Year Begins: June 1st, 2025

• Residential Requirement: All students are required to stay on campus

• Entrance Test & Interview:

  • A two-day process — please be prepared to stay overnight

  • Applicants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

• Hospitality: Accommodation and meals for one parent/guardian are available at ₹250/day.

  If more than one person will accompany you, kindly inform us at least two days in advance.
