Faculty Application Guidelines

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in joining the faculty at Berachah Institute of Higher Education and Research. We are delighted that you are considering partnering with us in our mission to shape future leaders through faith-based education.

Before you begin filling out your application, we kindly request you to go through the following instructions carefully. This will help ensure that your application is complete and can be processed smoothly.

Please prepare and submit the following along with your application form:

1. Personal Statement (approx. 1000–1200 words)

   • Your spiritual journey and calling to Christian education

   • Your philosophy of teaching and ministry

   • Your experience, strengths, and goals as a faculty member

2. Educational Credentials

   • Copies of all academic certificates and transcripts

   • Your most recent or highest qualification (Theological and Secular)

3. Letters of Recommendation (STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL)

   • One from a spiritual leader or pastor who knows your personal and ministerial background

   • One from an academic/organizational head who can speak to your professional experience

4. Recent Photographs

   • Two passport-size photographs

   • One stamp-size photograph (to be affixed on the form)

5. Resume / CV

   • A detailed resume including your academic background, teaching experience, and relevant achievements

6. Deadline & Interview

   • Submit your application by May 15th. Late submissions will be accepted with a fine of ₹100.

   • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted with interview details in advance.

Additional Notes:

• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

• Selected candidates may be expected to reside on or near the campus depending on the role.

• We value not only academic excellence, but also spiritual maturity, leadership character, and a heart for service.
