Dr. Abey Thomas is a visionary academic and certified management educator with over 20 years of experience in higher education and school leadership. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management, along with advanced degrees in Management, Marketing, and Tourism.

Before joining BIHER, he served as Associate Provost and Head of Business Administration at Kodaikanal Christian College. He currently leads as Principal of BIHER and Mount Olive Mission School in Himachal Pradesh.

His career spans India and the UAE, with roles as lecturer, trainer, and administrator. A published researcher and speaker, Dr. Thomas specializes in strategic planning, curriculum design, and faculty development, aligning modern pedagogy with theological foundations and the NEP 2020 framework.
