N. Shaopa Konyak serves as a Lecturer and Campus Manager at the Berachah Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). He holds a Master of Divinity from BIHER, a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Martin Luther Christian University, and a Bachelor of Theology from Himachal Bible College and Seminary.

His teaching focuses on mission and evangelism, and he is committed to equipping students for impactful ministry and spiritual growth. Before joining the faculty in 2024, Shaopa served in various leadership roles, including Students’ Cultural Secretary and youth leader in his local church. He is also a published author, contributing an article titled Hope Again to SHEAVES magazine. His work reflects a passion for holistic student formation—spiritually, academically, and culturally.
