Rev. Robin C. Varughese is an academic leader, pastor, and counsellor whose work integrates theological education and emotional wellness. He currently serves as the Dean of Academics and Administration at BIHER, following his prior role as Registrar.

A committed Ph.D. scholar in Counselling Psychology, he holds degrees in Christian Ministry, Family and Marital Counselling, M.Div. and B.Th. His ministry spans over a decade, including pastoral leadership with the Church of God in Kerala and counselling roles at Pratheeksha and IRCA.

Rev. Robin is also involved in children’s and mission training ministries, serving as an Excel VBS trainer and a SEANET tech team member. He is passionate about mentoring spiritually grounded and emotionally resilient leaders.
